Online printing company VistaPrint delivers high-quality graphic design and custom printing directly to your door, at a price that even the smallest company can afford.

VistaPrint claim to have in excess of 6 million customers around the world, VistaPrint is the source for high-quality graphic design, Internet printing and premium service. VistaPrint Printers offer small to medium sizes businesses and home consumers ahigh-quality solution for graphic design services and full-color printing in smaller quantities at amazingly low prices.

VistaPrint is able to offer design and print roducts at low prices by using the latest printing technology. Traditionally printing companies have used custom printing methods which have been hands-on, laborious processes for both the print company and the customer.

Smaller print runs resulted in increased supplier costs which in turnresulted in exorbitant prices for the end customer, even for print jobs in very small print quantities. VistaPrintÂ’s proprietary printing technologies have fully automated not only the manufacture of printing, including business cards and company letterheads, but also the manner in which orders for printing are created and submitted.

Essentially, VistaPrint incur lower printing costs, which mean Vistaprint customers enjoy lower prices for higher quality printing. VistaPrint also offer a satisfying customer experience without the hassle of expensive designers and print shops, or the frustration of print at home alternatives, and Vistaprint work hard to quickly resolve any problems that should arise with your print order.

have used them before, wasnt charged as i read the terms and conditions within time period. Its a bit unfair for people to blame Vista because customers didnt read the small print.

Avoid this company as they illegally take a monthly payment from your credit card and its very difficlt to stop and nearly iompossible to get a refund. NEVER, NEVER use vista print. Product OK when they finally arrive but it costs more than you thingk.

I always pay with Paypal, which seems to work out fine. Good service so far.

'I ordered some business cards from Vista Print in the UK and I am very happy with the results, the business cards were nicely printed on both sides of the card and arrived within 7 days of placing the order. Vistaprint are much cheaper than our local printer, and I will be ordering some postcard sized business cards from the soon.'
john () 3.5 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
'If you only need a very small quantity of cards then Vistaprint are very good, but if you are looking for larger quantities you will find better quality for the same price or cheaper. You need to check out the extras that Vistaprint charge. For example on 250 'free' cards(!) you actually pay over £8 to have them delivered within a week and to have the ability to change the font. Want to upload an image? Well vistaprint will let you do that for an extra £3.49 extra, need to see a PDF proof? that will be £1.99! So the total cost of your 'free' cards will be about £16 including VAT. You WILL find better prices and quality if you shop around. '

mohamed im completely with you on this one! i too got scammed on the £9.95 thing and couldn't get through to them to complain. only thing is, because i didnt realise they were taking money out of my accont, they were throwing me into my unauthorized overdraft! so altogether the so called cheap £6.95 cards i ordered, actually costed me £139! if thats not a reason enough of why you shouldn't order from them, i dont no what wil be!!

hi, BE careful you must read this!!! i used vista print many times and i was happy about the products i purchased from them until today when i discovered that they have been taking money from my bank account without my authorization! they took from me the amount of £69.65 in seven transactions of £9.95 each and some of these transactions are 2 in the same day and another 2 one after the other like one yesterday and one today!! when you try to contact them to make an order they provide you with a free number but when they trap you and they take what they are not supposed to take and you try to contact them to cancel or get your money back they give you a number in the USA !!! please be careful and never trust this company by giving them your bank details. they are thieves BE careful !!!!

agree with mohamed ,good quality cards, reasonably priced until you realize about the £9-95 a month that disappears from your account......BEWARE

It's rare that I encounter customer service I want to rave about but for printsmadeeasy.com I want to spread the word. I haven't yet purchased from printsmadeeasy.com but I'm already impressed with their exceptional customer service. They respond to my emails within minutes, help me upload and reformat artwork and anwer all of my questions courteously. Really great! VistaPrint won't hear from me again.
brian neil () 5.0 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
If you think vista print is a good company you should try using a company called www.printsmadeeasy.com everything about this company is superior to vista. If you want to try them out use a coupon code called firstonefree when you check out and they will print 100 free business cards.
Becky () 0.5 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
ARGGGGGGHHHHHHH - no such things as a free lunch. VISTA-PRINT SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER SUCKS! Of course you don't get 250 business cards for free. Once you finalise it all and get to the checkout (after insisting that you don't also want a calendar, a T shirt, a mug, a letterhead etc.etc) it still wants to charge to £4 for each photo you uploaded and upto £15 for delivery if you want them within 15 days or so. !!!! What a waste of my flipping time.
John Sime () 3.5 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
If you are thinking of starting your own business or you are self employed and only need a basic business card then Vistaprint are the company to use. There are lots of advantages to using Vistaprint, they are very cheap, the quality of the business cards is quite high and Vistaprint have dealt with any issues I have ever had reasonably efficiently. Vistaprint did once make a mistake with the printing of some business cards. They quickly corrected it and then they put a credit on my account to the full value and allowed me to keep the ones they had done wrong! On the whole I have moved away from bulk printing with Vistaprint because of the shipment costs although I do still get business cards from them, with me actually uploading my company logo onto the design. They helped me with my printing needs when i was strapped for cash and I will be forever grateful and I do indeed highly recommend Vistaprint
Edward () 5.0 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
BEWARE - Vistaprint offers. READ THE SMALL PRINT at the end of your orders and make sure you don't get skammed for £9.95 a month as many, many people have. Vistaprint cover themselves legally, but using 'small-print' techniques smacks of DIRTY BUSINESS and I never knowingly do business with dirty businesses. I definitely won't be giving my biz to SHOISTERPRINT - sorry Vistaprint ever again

I too have just discovered I am being cheeting out of £9,95 per month. I have not autorised the deduction, and do not require it. How do I stop the charge, my credit card say they cannot do anything, but I am unable to contact Vista.

I was just about to click and confirm my order with vistaprint (recommended by amazon) when the hidden charges snuk up on me aswel! I was browsing around for discount codes and am so glad I came across this site instead of a redemption code because I think I've saved myself from being conned... I'm happy knowning my money will be safe and I'm trying out printsmadeeasy... hopefully no suprises!!

I have never had any problems with Vista print & am very impressed with my orders. However, I use a mac & find it really annoying that Vista does not support Mac OS which means I can not design & order brochures, flyers.... Basics like business cards, ok. Their 'free' offers are generally good, but like others have mentioned above, the p&p & hidden costa can soon add up.
Tim London () 3.5 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
The trouble with ordering business cards from vista is: 1) cannot print special pantone colour 2)Dont think 215gsm is very heavy, I would use a 400gsm 3)Lots of extras and it takes all day to order them as you have to look at all the other offers? 4) I must say the web site with the artwork settings is excellent
Cassandra, Stoke-on- () 5.0 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
i have just ordered my 250 free business cards, it took me 10 minutes to choose a design, put my info on and order! you can choose different postage deals ( i went for the cheapest at £3.50) for 21 day delivery which is perfect for me as my business wont be ready for about 2 months. they also do t-shirts, calenders, magnets, notepads and much more. plus you get a discount for just regitering with them. GREAT SERVICE AND EVEN BETTER PRICES.

All I wanted were just a few business cards which I paid for, Vista Print went ahead to take money from my card on a monthly basis. I didn't notice it at first because it was just £9.95 at first then it went up to £11.95. I was going through my bank statement one day and notice this regular deduction from my account, I found out it was Vista Print. So I called there customer services and they agreed to fund my money this was almost a monthly ago, they have not yet refunded my money and they are still taking money out of my card.

My 19yr old son used this company for some business cards when he qualified as a Personal Trainer. Having no money he used my debit card, I have just realised that this comapny has been taking £9.95 per month out of my account to the tune of £110!! I am just about to embark on getting my money back. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Ope () 0.5 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
Vista Have finally refunded my money. Please donot use this company or your money will diappear from your account. Thanks
Gordon in Donny () 5.0 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
Some people just rush into what they think is a freebie, and don't read what they are agreeing to. I've used Vistaprint for over 8 years now, never been charged the ongoing £9.95 as I didn't sign up for that option. I've had hundreds of good quality cards from them and for the cost they are darned good. If I wanted special Pantone colours, heavier card and so on then I'd go elsewhere and pay the cost involved. READ what you're signing up for and there should be no problem, but don't slag a company off for your own incompetence !
TK () 5.0 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
Gordon you are an ASS! I have even been informed that you work for the company, the hundreds of bad reviews all over the internet about Vistaprint speak for themselves.

I've used them a few times for their "free" business cards with their branding on the back. I've just ordered half a dozen tee-shirts on their promo price and will see what the quality's like. I was just about to complete their online survey to get my "£10 discount off my next order and read the terms and conditions which mentions the monthly charge following a trial period - I assume this is the £9.95 people are talking about. They use very heavy marketing techniques to sell their products with lots of bolt-ons and added value hooks which are very effective, my advice is order what you want but ONLY what you want and don't be drawn into buying something else. If terms and conditions are displayed for an offer, read them because there's likely to be something hidden. If you use Vistaprint, spend time going through the ordering process and don't get drawn into the "offers" or extras! (Vistaprint holding company appears to be based in Bermuda). if you want to stop the £9.95 charge write to the address below quoting their terms and conditions: 6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND RIGHTS TO CANCEL. 6.1 A Member may terminate this Agreement (i.e. cancel Membership) at any time by: 6.1.1 Calling us or emailing us on the telephone number listed on the Scheme website; or 6.1.2 By notifying us in writing at: VistaPrint Rewards PO BOX 587 Edgware HA8 4DX 6.2 We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement (i.e. cancel Membership) at any time and for any reason. If we do this, we will re-credit to the relevant Member's account any sum deducted by us from the Member's credit card in respect of any period of Membership for which the Member has paid but which the Member will not benefit from because we have terminated this Agreement (pro rata if necessary in respect of time and payment). We will do this as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of termination. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered or otherwise. 6.3 Termination of this Agreement (and cancellation of Membership) will be effective within 1 business day (in London, UK) of the receipt by us of the Member's cancellation request or our notice to the Member. 6.4 On termination: 6.4.1 If the termination is within the Trial Period (as to which please see paragraph 7.1 below), then no Membership Fees will have been payable and no Membership Fees will be payable by the Member; 6.4.2 If the termination is at any time after the Trial Period, then the Member will not owe any further Membership Fees other than what has already been payable (and the Member will not be entitled to refund of any past fees charged to the Member's account) This is the link (at September 18th 2007) for their rewards program terms and conditions: https://secure.vistaprint.co.uk/vp/membership_programs/UK/rewards/TermsAndConditions_UKR.htm Best of luck!

"VistaPrint Insider"? The e-mail from VistaPrint following my order tells me that I am now a "VistaPrint Insider" -- what does this mean? I was not aware of signing up to any such thing when I placed my order, but their site is very confusing and it is often difficult to find out what the details of a product are or how much the TOTAL cost is without pressing the relevant button, which may involve a commitment to buy. I have sent them an e-mail, but all I get is an automated reply telling me to ring at (what is for me) an inconvenient time -- they won't take calls in the morning. Why do they publish a Customer Care e-mail address if no one is going to read the e-mails? Does anyone have a physical address for VistaPrint in UK at which legal documents in respect of court proceedings may be served? I should have stuck to my normal instinct of not dealing with internet companies that do not publish their actual physical address.

I have brought a calendar from vista print - how do i know if i signed up for membership?
Jan () 5.0 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
bought business cards & they eventually arrived.Ordered address labels in Sept & still no sign of them (end oct). Contacted them by phone & was told by recorded message to press the 'pound key' on my phone to speak to someone. Does anyone elses phone have a pound key & if I press it will it then become a premium number.Cards I ordered are good but having read reviews & not recieved labels will definately not order from them again.

Placing an order for my child's first birthday and all i got was nothing after 9 days. they can't even tracj=k the order. wasted hours on emails and ohone for nothing. and thier customer service has not been hepful or compensating. instead they refunded the money without even an apology. they could not offer a next day delievery to save the day. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THEM TO AVOID WAISTING TIME AND MONEY. SHERIF

Ok people heres some information which may help you get rid of the partner program http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/vp/help/NTRBilling.aspx
Carl () 2.5 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
I ordered some business cards from them. You must make sure that all checkboxes are clear or else they will charge you $14.95 (us) per month to become what they call a Vistaprint insider. Seems that this is a discount program that they have established to get extra money from their customers, but you can beat them at their own game, just make sure all checkboxes ARE CLEAR unless you have read them and specifically want that option. The monthly deduction is optional although the company uses dirty business practices to get it. I think anytime you check a box in advance that a dirty business practice has been used.
impee () 2.5 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
when my business card order was complete, they poped up the page for me to complete the survey and sign up to something that gave me £10 cashback, which also said would allow my Name, Address and Banking details to be transferred to the other company. obviously, as soon as i saw the Banking part, I didn't sign up for it. I guess Vista may be clever in the way they do it, but I do slightly blame the end user, who willing ticks the box enabling their BANKING details to be sent / transferred to some one else. In such a case all one needs to do is think for a moment as what the 1 purpose of Banking details can be. Its like walking in a high street shop, paying for your item, then also sign up for something free and when they ask you, can we pass on your Banking details, you agree. I think this is one of the dumbest things one can ever do!
tj () 5.0 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
Beware - Vistaprint will share your credit card details with an American company called Vertrue - (continuously prosecuted in the US courts for stealing consumers money) Vertrue will then send you an email - informing you that you are now a member of one of their groups - varying names for these groups VP Rewards etc and begin to charge you between ten and twenty pounds a month membership fee - if you eventually notice the scam - it is then up to you to "Cancel" your membership and try to get your stolen fees back. the company is registered off shore and their uk office is a p.o box - save yourself a lot of grief and avoid. Much safer to avoid vistaprint altogether - but if you need to know more just google vistaprint and scam
Eddie Welthorpe () 5.0 / 5 Mon 16 Mar 09
Vistaprint is a scam company that exists to cheat people (take, here, the spirit of fair dealings, not just the letter of the law) into having £9.95 x 2 per month extracted from their credit card account to bogus companies based in Bermuda or Pluto or wherever. Someone, somewhere is living very comfortably off this scam. BEWARE OF VISTAPRINT and all who sell their soul to work for them.

XpressPrint offers premium quality printing services at very affordable rates. They're quality is far superior than they're more advertised competition. They have a very good reputation and very easy to get ahold of. For Full Color Business Cards i'd give them a chance.
